Redeeming your exam voucher

If this is your first time on Xamina

1. Go to xamina.io
2. Select Sign in
3. Enter your email address
4. Select I have a voucher, directly beneath the email field
5. Paste your code and press Enter. It will appear as a tag below the field
6. Select the blue button to continue
7. A page opens confirming which exam your code is for and how long it takes. Enter your full name and choose a password
8. Your account is created and the exam is added to it in a single step

If you already have a Xamina account

Do not use the voucher field on the sign-in page. It is intended for new accounts. Use this instead:

1. Go to xamina.io
2. Select Sign in
3. Enter your email address and select Email me a sign-in code
4. Enter the code sent to your inbox
5. Once signed in, go to My exams
6. In the Redeem a voucher panel, paste your code and press Enter
7. The exam appears in your list immediately

If you hold more than one code, you can add them all before confirming.

Before you sit the exam

• Enter your name exactly as it appears on your photo ID. It is verified during the identity check, and a mismatch will delay you.
• Each code covers one seat and one attempt.
• Codes carry a claim deadline, shown on screen when you redeem. Claim yours before that date.
• Have your photo ID to hand. A short identity check takes place before the exam begins.
