The UK AI Briefing
What lands in your inbox on Monday.
One email a week, a short read, and nothing in it that you could have got from a headline.
In every issue
What's in each issue
A short read, drawn from a wide net. Seven or so stories from across UK and global AI activity, each with the reason it matters.
Why it matters, not just what happened
Every story says plainly what it changes and for whom. That is the part you cannot get from a headline.

We summarise and point you at the source. We are not trying to replace the reporting we draw on.
One email, every Monday
Written for people who make decisions about AI, not for people who build it.
The first issue is on its way
We haven't sent an issue yet. This is where a real one will appear the moment we do — everything above is exactly what to expect when it arrives.
First issue: 7 September 2026
Questions
Before you subscribe
How long does it take to read?
The free edition is written to a five-minute ceiling and we hold ourselves to it. The members' edition runs longer — usually eight to ten minutes.
Is this for technical people?
No. It is written for the people who have to make decisions about AI rather than build it — procurement, legal, L&D, operations and leadership.
Why weekly and not daily?
Because almost nothing in this field genuinely needs your attention within twenty-four hours, and a week is long enough to assess a story honestly.
Do you take money from vendors?
No. Membership fees fund the work.
